Does Easy Peasy Cocktails handle large orders?
Yes! We process large orders without difficulty.

What are the delivery times?
We currently prepare orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped within the next 2 working days.
I have received the order, but it is damaged
In the event that a product arrives damaged to the customer, we undertake to send a new order intact at our expense. To request the postponement it is necessary to write to us at customercare@easypeasydrink.com and attach some photos that show the damage.
What can I do if my package is delayed?
If your order has not arrived on the expected day and you have received the shipping confirmation, your order is on its way and can be traced on the courier's website using the data in the confirmation email you received once you ordered.
Easy Peasy Cocktails has no responsibility for delivery delays or non-delivery, although we will use reasonable efforts to counteract any missed deliveries.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, simply make a specific request to customer service via email at customercare@easypeasydrink.com.
Once the order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to block the shipment. In this case, you will have to refuse the product upon delivery, specifying the reasons on the relative delivery note. We will issue a refund equal to the purchase cost, once the item is back in stock. In this case, the shipping costs are not refunded and remain the responsibility of the customer. If it is possible to block the shipment, you will see the confirmation of the cancellation of the order on the Your Account page in the Your previous orders section.
